Howlite • Benefits: The First Nations nicknamed it “White buffalo stone” because it was as rare to find as this animal. The howlite helps to relax, to meditate; to drive away tension and stress. It promotes forgiveness and patience.

Jade • Benefits: Symbol of harmony, love, peace and meditation.

Turquoise • Benefits: Turquoise is the stone most used in indigenous crafts. It represents joy and luck.

Onyx • Benefits: Protects against negative energies. Brings strength and balance to the body and mind. Helps in relaxation.

Circle of Life • Native symbolism: For Natives; it is the circle that best represents the life cycle. It is divided into 4 parts to represent (among others); the elements, the cardinal points and the seasons (white = winter • yellow = spring • red = summer • black = autumn). It symbolizes harmony between humans, nature, animals and spirits.

Size Guide

Bracelets:
 Measure around your wrist with a sewing tape (or a piece of string that you then measure on a ruler). Add 1/2 inch for a snug but comfortable bracelet or up to 1 inch if you prefer it to fall more freely on the beginning of the hand. Then check the size in the bracelet description to make sure it fits you.

Necklaces:
In the description of the necklace, check the dimension indicated. Then; using a tape measure or ruler; measure a string of the same dimension. Hold each tips together; behind your neck and you will see how high the necklace should come when attached.

Earrings :
In the description of the earrings, check the dimension indicated. You can simply position a ruler or tape measure from the height of your ear hole to give you an idea of the length of the earrings.
